I grew up in Rochester, New York and started out my education in biochemistry at Nazareth University. When I considered pursuing a graduate degree in healthcare, I came to the realization that I was interested in working very hands on with patients. Working closely with people to solve problems became a major goal.

I attended D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York for chiropractic school. I chose the program because I worked alongside multiple disciplines of health professionals, which fostered my love for multidisciplinary patient care. I enjoy sharing patients with physical therapists, physicians, massage therapists, acupuncturists, etc. - in other words, different problems require different solutions and I’d love to help you find your perfect team.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy camping, trail running, hiking, paddleboarding, gardening, and anything else that gets me outside. I love animals and I have a pretty awesome collection. I can nerd out on the complexities and potential of the human body, and I love pushing people to do things they didn’t believe they could.

WHO

WHY

I love what our bodies can do for us when we take good care of them. I want to teach people how to be independent, functional, and maximally able bodied so that they can enjoy the activities they love. I want us all to age gracefully and get the most out of life. Do I want to be a part of your healing journey? Absolutely. But more than that, I want to empower you that you play a more substantial role in your wellbeing than you think.

Do the most. Feel the best.
